We Ship world-wide and aim to have deliveries completed in 2-3 weeks with Free Shipping. This is the normal time-frame, however should there be a delay we will be in contact and if you have any questions please let us know. Should you not be home to take delivery, the Delivery Company will be directed to leave it at a local Post Office, Pick up Point or will retain it for attempted Re-delivery, depending on the Courier. If delivered to a Post Office a Delivery Note will be left with the details of where to collect the delivery, and to check further please contact the Delivery Company or Postal Service that has visited.
If the Delivery time-frame passes and your Delivery has not arrived please let us know, or contact the Delivery Company to check if they are holding it for you.
