Returns and Refunds
Please choose your item carefully, as we do not provide a refund or return if you simply change your mind, no longer need the product, or for any reason do not want the product. Cancelled, returned and exchanged orders for any and all reasons are subject to a 10% cancellation Fee.
Warranty and Damaged Goods
All damaged and/or faulty goods are the responsibility of the Customer to contact the Manufacturer direct using the details included with the Product. We will not enter into any communications with regard to damaged or faulty goods, however if for some reason the Warranty Contact Information is missing we provide the details.
Please note Gift Cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
